Street Surfing Worldwide's digital catalog is independent of physical stores, both on price level and quantity in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
Street Surfing Worldwide only processes an order made by a User upon confirmation of their payment, and Street Surfing Worldwide can not guarantee the availability of the items until the start of the processing. The estimated time for shipment plus the time of transport depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the destination of the order.

Street Surfing Worldwide only ships on working days. This way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted towards estimated delivery of parcels. In any case, the estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
If any product ordered becomes unavailable during the order processing Street Surfing make the diligence to have the item sourced. In case of this alternative source represents an increased cost Street Surfing will proceed with the consent given by the User after contacting him.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, Street Surfing Worldwide may propose to the User the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if any, and in this case, the order will only continue after consent given by the User.

Returns

Return and Refund Policy
Street Surfing return policy applies only to unused items purchased online through our website at www.streetsurfing.com. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department to validate the process.


Conditions
If the goods sold do not meet the following conditions;

  • Fit for the purpose as described
  • Match the description given
  • Are free of defects and faults

We may offer to repair, replace or refund at our discretion.
If goods are to be returned they must be returned unused and in is original packaging. When returning goods contact for instructions on correct return procedures.

Street Surfing will replace products that have obvious manufacturing defects. Damages cause by water, fire or impact are not subject to warranty. All products must be inspected by Street Surfing for a return/refund to be issued.
